4. Posting Job

Clients may post jobs with detailed job descriptions, location, remuneration, contact details and level of competence.

• LEAD Creatives reserves the right to remove any jobs that violate these terms.

5. Clients

• Clients will have direct access to connect with freelancers or employees.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing and selecting freelancers or employees based on their qualifications and proposals.

6. Payments

• All users are required to pay a membership fee to join the LEAD Creatives website.
• LEAD Creatives uses a secure third-party payment processor. Users agree to abide by the payment processor’s terms and conditions.

7. Service Fees

• There are 3 membership plans monthly, half yearly and yearly.
• Membership fees are non-refundable.

8. Dispute Resolution

9. Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of the content they create and submit.
• By posting content on LEAD Creatives, users grant LEAD Creatives the chance to use, display, and distribute the content on the platform.

• Users agree to keep information related to projects and transactions confidential.
• Users must not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Activities

• Users must not engage in any activity that:
